Key Responsibilities:
The Senior O&M Engineer ensures all managed Solar PV systems operate safely, efficiently, and at or above performance targets. The role leads troubleshooting and rectification works, handles special client requests, and oversees field operations to maintain system reliability and quality standards.
1. System Operations & Maintenance
- Ensure all solar PV systems operate safely, efficiently, and at or above expected performance.
- Troubleshoot, inspect, and resolve system issues; perform preventive maintenance and recommend upgrades.
- Monitor energy production, equipment efficiency, and overall system performance.
2. Stakeholder & Team Management
- Support clients with technical issues and system guidance, maintaining high satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and guide field personnel to ensure proper execution of tasks.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations and project delivery.
3. Reporting & Project Support
- Prepare and maintain system production reports and document all activities accurately.
- Assist in project punch listing, testing, commissioning, and quality audits.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, site regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and emergency site situations.
