Responsibilities

Support customer operations and relationship management for an automotive MNC's regional parts centre, within the logistics / supply chain function.
Maintain customer records, agreements, contact database and related account information.
Handle customer enquiries, requests and escalations by coordinating with internal teams.
Support pricing, returns, buyback requests and other customer-related processes.
Prepare KPI, revenue, market and performance reports for management review.
Analyse data and highlight trends, service gaps and improvement opportunities.
Support customer engagement activities such as business reviews, workshops and visits.
Review work instructions, process documents and assist in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service or customer relationship management.
Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, analytical and good in problem-solving proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
