What It's About

Partners Group's AI & tech enablement team, embedded within the firm's Business Services department, is responsible for introducing technical solutions to support operations and enhance efficiency.

To support ongoing efforts in the BSER AI & tech enablement team, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Operations Enablement Manager with IT project management (SaaS) background and strong senior stakeholder management skills to join our team in Manila. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of very strong hands-on technical experience and project management expertise to drive our AI, SaaS and automation initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives across SaaS, in-house applications, and data/AI-first solutions.
  • Own delivery: scope/business-analysis, roadmap, milestones, resourcing, timelines, RAID, and senior/executive reporting across the lifecycle.
  • Drive solution execution from assessment to rollout: business/options analysis, vendor/solution evaluation, and delivery approach selection (Agile/hybrid) and project implementation.
  • Partner with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to elicit requirements, define deliverables, and perform business analysis in a complex stakeholder environment.
  • Use business/data analytics to support decisions and track outcomes; maintain concise documentation (plans, requirements, decisions, status/status reports).
  • Identify and mitigate delivery, operational, and regulatory risks; ensure adherence to applicable policies/regulations (incl. regulatory requirements and data retention).
  • Identify, onboard, and manage service providers per firm guidelines, including supplier due diligence coordination and contract negotiation where applicable.
  • Apply the firm's project governance and deliver targeted education / enablement sessions as required to stakeholders
  • Maintain a growth mindset and quickly adopt emerging technologies, tools, and ways of working (particularly AI) in a very fast paced environment

What We Expect

  • An experienced, hands-on tech enablement and IT project delivery lead who turns business needs into executable plans and measurable outcomes with can do attitude.
  • Strong ownership, pace, and judgment in ambiguity; able to run multiple workstreams and drive decisions with senior stakeholders.
  • Clear communicator who aligns Technology, Data/AI, Risk/Compliance, business users, and vendors to deliver under tight timelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, Financial Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 510 years of IT project delivery experience (ideally SaaS)
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • Experience delivering large-scale implementations and global rollouts, including change management and training.
  • Advanced hands-on skills: SQL, Python scripting, Excel Macros/VBA.
  • Strong analytical mindset with applied business/data analytics experience to steer delivery and decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable with senior management exposure.
  • Proven track record evaluating solutions/vendors and delivering complex technology projects.
  • Self-starter with high flexibility; effective in fast-paced environments with aggressive turnaround times.
