Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Operations Director to join our team at Acquire Intelligence Philippines Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of our organization, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement across all departments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Manage and coordinate activities across multiple departments, including production, logistics, customer service, and quality control
  • Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics and KPIs for operational excellence
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations managers and supervisors
  • Collaborate with other executive team members to drive company growth and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Manage budgets and resource allocation for operational activities
  • Identify and implement new technologies and systems to enhance operational capabilities
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and improving operational performance in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in operations management
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
