The Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Occupational Therapist who is passionate about driving social change. This is a full remote role:
- Tele-Therapy: Deliver high-quality, client-centered occupational therapy sessions for children with developmental needs via our secure telehealth platform.
- AI & Product Innovation: Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to design, test, and refine AI-powered learning pathways, therapy recommendations, and interactive resources for our digital platform.

Key Responsibilities
1. Tele-Therapy
- Conduct virtual occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children with various developmental challenges.
- Develop and review individualized therapy plans, aligning with caregivers capacity and home environment using Tiggie AI features and resources
- Coach parents and caregivers in implementing therapy activities and adaptive strategies at home.
- Monitor and document progress, providing timely feedback and adjusting interventions accordingly.
2. AI & Platform Development
- Contribute clinical expertise to shape AI-driven personalised learning and therapy recommendations.
- Co-develop and review therapy activity content, ensuring it is evidence-based and culturally relevant.
- Collaborate with software engineers, UX designers, and AI specialists to improve therapy planning tools, adaptive learning features, and caregiver training modules.
- Participate in testing and refining platform features to ensure clinical accuracy, usability, and accessibility.
3. Advocacy & Social Impact
- Actively support TKs mission to bridge the therapy access gap for families waiting monthsor even yearsfor early intervention.
- Share insights from frontline therapy to inform caregiver resources, public education, and advocacy initiatives.
Qualifications
- Registered Occupational Therapist with a recognised professional body (e.g., AHPC Singapore, AHPRA Australia, HCPC UK, NBCOT USA, or other relevant bodies).
- Minimum 5 years of paediatric clinical experience, preferably in early intervention, SPED schools, or community-based therapy.
- Strong telehealth delivery skills and comfort with digital tools.
- Proven ability to translate therapy goals into caregiver-friendly activities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across clinical and technical teams.
- Passion for social impact, innovation, and improving access to quality therapy.
