Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, support, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability
and optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents and operational issues.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for network engineering and operations.
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to team members.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to implement network solutions and resolve critical issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network reliability and operational
efficiency.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational
documentation.
- Utilize network monitoring and diagnostic tools to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, security policies, and service level
agreements (SLAs).
Required Skills
- 5+ years of relevant Network Engineering experience (3 years may be considered for
candidates with strong hands-on expertise).

Strong Hands-on Experience With
- F5 Load Balancers
- DDI (DNS, DHCP, IP Address Management)
- Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure)
- Experience optimizing network performance and resolving complex network issues.
- Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
- Experience using network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise production network environments.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior engineers.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and operational support environments.

and relevant experience.
