We're looking for a skilled Network Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, securing, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure that supports business operations across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

What You'll Do
Design & Architect Modern Networks
- Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and cloud networking solutions.
- Lead network transformation, upgrade, and modernization initiatives.
- Develop architecture standards, technical documentation, and best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative networking solutions.
Ensure Reliability & Operational Excellence
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex network incidents and critical outages.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive permanent solutions to recurring issues.
- Proactively monitor and optimize network performance, availability, and reliability.
- Participate in incident response and on-call support activities when needed.
Strengthen Security & Compliance
- Implement and manage network security technologies including firewalls, VPNs, NAC, segmentation, and secure remote access solutions.
- Partner closely with cybersecurity teams to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Support audit, compliance, and risk management initiatives.
- Drive adoption of security best practices and modern network defense strategies.
Enable Cloud & Hybrid Connectivity
- Design and support cloud networking solutions across Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Build and optimize hybrid-cloud and multi-cloud network architectures.
- Integrate networking services with enterprise infrastructure platforms.
- Drive automation initiatives using Infrastructure-as-Code and modern network management practices.
Lead Strategic Projects
- Own the technical delivery of network projects from planning through implementation.
- Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the team.
- Create implementation plans, testing strategies, and deployment procedures that ensure successful outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on enterprise network engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in routing, switching, wireless networking, and network security.
- Experience supporting large-scale, enterprise, or mission-critical environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with platforms such as Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, or similar enterprise technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cisco CCNP or equivalent certification.
- Experience with cloud networking architectures.
- Experience implementing or supporting SD-WAN environments.
- Knowledge of automation and scripting using Python, PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible.
- Advanced certifications such as:
- CCIE
- CISSP
- Azure Network Engineer Associate
- AWS Advanced Networking Specialty
Technical Expertise
