About the Role
As a Sr. Network Administrator, you'll take ownership of network operations, ensuring stability, security, and performance across enterprise systems. This is an onsite role in Makati with exposure to large-scale infrastructure and high-impact work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Handle routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, EIGRP, HSRP)
- Maintain WAN connectivity (DIA, MPLS, SD-WAN)
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and incidents
- Support data center operations and ensure uptime
- Implement and maintain network security (firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS)
- Maintain documentation, backups, logs, and change management processes
- Provide onsite, shift-based, and on-call support when required
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in Network Engineering / IT Operations / Data Center
- Hands-on experience with enterprise routers, switches, and firewalls
- Experience with Cisco / Fortinet / HP (or equivalent devices)
- Strong knowledge of routing and switching protocols
- Experience with WAN technologies (DIA, MPLS, SD-WAN)
- Solid understanding of network security (VPN, Firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Experience supporting data center environments
- Willing to work onsite in Makati and handle shift/on-call support
Good-to-Have
- Exposure to ISO 27001 or SOC 2 compliance
