About the Role
As a Senior Network Administrator, you will manage and support enterprise-grade network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and WAN connectivity. This is a hands-on role requiring strong troubleshooting skills and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise routers, switches, and firewalls
- Configure and support WAN connectivity (DIA, MPLS, SD-WAN)
- Implement and troubleshoot routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, EIGRP, HSRP)
- Maintain network security (Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS)
- Support data center network operations
- Maintain documentation, backups, logs, and change management records
- Participate in onsite, shift-based, and 24/7 on-call support
Must-Have Qualifications
- 510 years of experience in Network Engineering / IT Operations / Data Center
- Hands-on experience with enterprise routers, switches, and firewalls
- Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, HP, or equivalent devices
- Strong routing & switching knowledge (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, EIGRP, HSRP)
- Experience supporting WAN connectivity (DIA, MPLS, SD-WAN)
- Solid background in network security (Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS)
- Data center operations and network troubleshooting experience
- Willing to work onsite and in a shift-based/24x7 support environment
Good-to-Have
- Exposure to ISO 27001 or SOC-2 environments
