In this role, you will advise customers on tailored learning strategies, deliver instructor-led training, host webinars and workshops, and upskill customers, partners, and internal teams. You will manage multiple training engagements while ensuring every customer receives a high-quality and impactful learning experience.
What You'll Do
- Assess customer learning needs and recommend eLearning, user adoption tools, and tailored action plans.
- Design and deliver process-based training aligned with NetSuite leading practices.
- Facilitate end-user sessions, webinars, workshops, and advanced functional training.
- Partner with Professional Services teams to align training with implementation objectives.
- Deliver services such as Train the Trainer, Pre-UAT Training, and Post-Go-Live Support.
- Manage training events, environments, setup, materials, communication, and delivery.
- Create high-quality assessments, curricula, eLearning content, and supporting resources.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, meeting scope, timelines, and utilisation targets.
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to new offerings and continuous process improvement.
- Work a morning shift and travel when required.
What You'll Bring

- Experience with ERP applications; NetSuite knowledge is highly advantageous.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, services, and functional processes.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, change management, and continuous improvement.
- Finance experience and exposure to learning-content development are advantageous.
