Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior NetSuite Administrator who brings deep technical expertise and strong functional understanding across both Finance and Logistics/Supply Chain operations. This role is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimising the NetSuite environment, with a clear understanding of how system configuration impacts end-to-end business processes--from financial workflows to product, inventory, and logistics operations.
The ideal candidate will act as a technical and functional bridge between Finance, Product, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations teams, while ensuring data accuracy, system stability, and seamless integration across our business ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
NetSuite Administration & Configuration
- Manage full NetSuite administration including user/role management, permissions, and governance.
- Configure and customise NetSuite modules across Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Order-to-Cash, and Logistics.
- Ensure configurations align with business processes and consider downstream operational and financial impacts.
- Maintain overall system performance, data integrity, and security controls.
- Support compliance and audit requirements across financial and operational workflows.
Finance Systems Support
- Support Finance in core NetSuite functions, including:
- General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Banking
- Month-end processes, reconciliations, and reporting
- Financial automation and workflow efficiency
- Develop custom reports and save searches for forecasting, BI, and financial monitoring.
Logistics, Supply Chain & Inventory Support
- Configure and optimise NetSuite functionality for:
- Supply and demand planning
- Warehouse and 3PL operations
- Inventory tracking, costing, and adjustments
- Procurement & vendor management
- Order fulfilment and logistics workflows
- Partner with Product, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to improve process automation and operational visibility.
Integration Management
- Oversee integrations between NetSuite and:
- Ecommerce platforms
- Snowflake data warehouse
- 3PL systems
- Banking and payment providers
- Monitor data flows to ensure accuracy and resolve integration issues.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal tech teams for integration enhancements.
Development & Customisation
- Develop and maintain:
- SuiteScript (1.0/2.0)
- SuiteFlow workflows
- Custom records, fields, forms, and automations
- Custom dashboards, KPIs, and analytics
- Ensure customisations follow best practices and support scalability.
Business Process Improvement
- Analyse existing Finance and Logistics workflows and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive automation to reduce manual workload and improve operational efficiency.
- Support change management and best practice adoption across teams.
Support, Maintenance & Release Management
- Provide day-to-day NetSuite support across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and other teams.
- Perform regular system maintenance and coordinate patching and release cycles.
- Evaluate new NetSuite features and recommend enhancements.
- Monitor adoption, troubleshoot issues, and train users when needed.
Data Management & Governance
- Maintain data quality, governance, and security within NetSuite.
- Lead data import/export and transformation processes.
- Implement data validation strategies and support reporting initiatives.
Essential Requirements
NetSuite Expertise
- 5-7+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration and configuration experience.
- Strong knowledge of modules across Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
- Expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and integrations.
Technical Skills
- SQL proficiency for saved searches and data analysis.
- Experience with RESTlets, APIs, and web services.
- Strong understanding of data modelling and system architecture.
Business Understanding
- Solid knowledge of finance processes, inventory operations, supply chain, procurement, and order fulfilment.
- Experience supporting retail, ecommerce, manufacturing, or wellness environments preferred.
Professional Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, or Developer).
- Broad IT background across multiple systems.
- Experience in change management and user training.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with Celigo or other integration platforms.
