Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior .NET Developer with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft .NET technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#/.NET development, SQL Server, GitHub-based CI/CD pipelines, and a solid understanding of DevOps practices. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise web and API applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core/.NET 8+ and C#.
•    Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, functions, and complex queries.
•    Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integration services.
•    Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
•    Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related deployment automation tools.
•    Collaborate with DevOps engineers to improve application deployment, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
•    Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and software quality guidelines.
•    Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
•    Work closely with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
•    Support cloud-hosted and on-premises applications.
•    Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical modernization efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•    Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience.
•    Strong experience developing web applications using ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs.
•    SQL Server experience, including: 
o    Database design
o    Stored procedures
o    Performance tuning
o    Query optimization
•    Hands-on experience with GitHub, Git branching strategies, and pull request workflows.
•    Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
•    Strong understanding of DevOps principles, automation, and release management processes.
•    Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
•    Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
