Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and production of visual and video assets, including social media creatives, banners, key visuals, and marketing materials
Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Reels, and YouTube
Create motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects to enhance video content
Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and visual standards
Review and improve design and video work from junior designers or freelancers
Collaborate closely with marketing, social media, and operations teams to support campaigns and ongoing content needs
Provide creative input and suggestions to improve content performance and engagement
Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
Stay updated on design trends, video formats, and social media best practices in the Philippine market

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields
3+ years of professional experience in multimedia design, including graphic design and video editing
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
Solid working knowledge of After Effects or other motion graphics tools
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content performance requirements
Excellent visual sense, attention to detail, and quality control skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of design outcomes
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
