Job Description:
Creative Direction & Conceptualization
• Develop and oversee visual concepts for campaigns, marketing materials, websites, games, and videos.
• Translate client or brand objectives into compelling multimedia solutions.
Production & Design
• Create graphics, animations, video edits, and interactive content using industry-standard tools.
• Design user interfaces and visual assets for digital platforms.
Team Leadership
• Mentor junior artists, provide feedback, and ensure creative consistency across deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, developers, copywriters) to align creative outputs.
Project Management
• Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for multimedia projects.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and technical standards.
Innovation & Trend Awareness
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and multimedia tools.
• Introduce new techniques and workflows to improve efficiency and creativity.
Job Requirements:
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• 3D modeling and animation software (Maya, Blender, Cinema4D).
• Video editing, motion graphics, and sound design.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and interactive media tools.
Creative Skills
• Strong visual storytelling and design sensibility.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas.
• Expertise in typography, color theory, and layout design.
Leadership & Collaboration
• Experience managing creative teams and mentoring junior artists.
• Strong communication skills for client presentations and team coordination.
Analytical & Problem-Solving
• Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into multimedia solutions.
