Senior Mobile Software Engineer (React Native & Flutter)

We're looking for a Senior Mobile Software Engineer with strong expertise in React Native and Flutter to design, develop, and optimize high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. You'll play a key role in delivering scalable solutions, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native and Flutter.
• Lead technical design discussions and ensure code quality through best practices and code reviews.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Backend, and QA teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of mobile application development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in React Native and Flutter.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Dart.
• Experience with REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, and mobile app deployment.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture and state management (Redux, Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Firebase, native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and mentoring development teams.
