  • 5-7 years of IT Infrastructure, End User Computing or Modern Workplace experience.
  • 5+ years supporting Microsoft 365 or endpoint technologies.
  • 3+ years managing Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong leadership, ownership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze incidents, identify patterns, synthesize technical findings and drive corrective actions.
  • Customer-service oriented, organized, rigorous and able to work with people within and outside IT.
  • Comfortable supporting a global, multicultural and 24x7 operational environment.
  • Willingness to coach team members, build documentation and support upskilling of L1/L2/L3 resources.
