Position: Senior M365 Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior M365 Engineer with strong hands-on and architect-level expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 environments. The ideal candidate should have extensive L3-level experience and the ability to provide technical leadership and architectural guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, implement, and manage enterprise-level Microsoft 365 solutions and architecture.

● Provide L3 technical support and resolve complex issues across the M365 ecosystem.

● Administer and support Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.

● Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), identity, access, authentication, and conditional access.

● Implement and support Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions.

● Design and maintain M365 security, compliance, governance, and access controls.

● Utilize PowerShell to automate administrative tasks and operational processes.

● Lead or participate in M365 migration, modernization, and transformation projects.

Required Experience:

● At least 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in designing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments.

● Minimum 3 years of experience at an Architect or Architect-level capacity.

● Strong experience working as an L3 Engineer or M365 Architect in an enterprise-grade environment.

● Hands-on experience with architect-level design and implementation of M365 solutions.
