Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, automation, and cloud infrastructure, with a focus on stability, security, and cost control.
Responsibilities
Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Administration
Administer Microsoft 365 tenant settings, policies, and licensing.
Manage Azure resources, including networking, security, and virtual desktop environments.
Monitor cloud usage and support cost optimization initiatives.
Azure Virtual Desktop
Deploy, configure, and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
Manage application deployment, updates, and scaling for AVD.
Automation and Endpoint Management
Create and maintain automation using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API.
Develop and support device deployment and configuration profiles.
Exchange Online and SharePoint Online
Administer Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution groups, and security policies.
Support SharePoint Online migrations, cleanup, and archiving activities.
Infrastructure and Migration
Manage SSL certificate renewals and lifecycle activities.
Support file server migrations to SharePoint Online or Azure-based storage solutions.
Documentation and Governance
Maintain technical documentation and follow standard governance practices.
Support security, compliance, and operational standards.
Qualifications
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
At least 4 to 6 years of experience in Microsoft cloud and infrastructure administration.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
Strong experience with Azure Virtual Desktop.
Experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
Experience with Exchange Online and SharePoint Online administration or migration projects.
Required Technical Skills
Microsoft Azure infrastructure including networking, routing, gateways, firewall, load balancing, and security controls.
Azure Virtual Desktop deployment and support.
Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
Microsoft Fabric.
SSL certificate management.
File server migration to cloud platforms.
