Advertising Senior META Finance Support
Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 8 PM Manila time, aligns with META operating hours
Employment type: Fixed-term [24 months]
Location: Makati City, Metro Manila
Pay range: Php 28,000 to Php 36,000

We are looking for a dedicated Senior META Finance Support to join our Commercial team. Acting as a key finance contact for assigned META Sales Support Offices, you will support supplier onboarding, purchase-to-pay activities, invoice payments, expense reporting, and financial administration across the region. You will help ensure transactions are accurately processed, correctly coded, and compliant with company policies, while building strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting the smooth operation of finance activities across META.

You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of our META Sales Support Offices, ensuring financial activities are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies and controls.
Working closely with stakeholders across the region, you'll facilitate supplier onboarding, purchase-to-pay activities, invoice payments, expense reporting, and financial record keeping. You'll help ensure transactions are correctly coded to the appropriate GL accounts, cost centres, entities, currencies, and product groups, while supporting compliance, audit requirements, and process improvements.
You'll also act as a trusted finance contact, building strong relationships across Finance, Procurement, Shared Services, and the wider business to help resolve issues and support the smooth running of finance operations across the META region.

- Experience in a finance, accounts payable, administration, or business support role.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience supporting purchase-to-pay processes, including supplier payments and invoice processing.
- Confidence working with financial data, including GL accounts, cost centres, and financial coding.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and adhering to established processes and controls.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience supporting multiple countries, entities, or business areas.
- Experience working with shared service teams and external service providers.
- Experience supporting audits, financial reporting, or compliance activities.
