Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila for a Senior Merchandising Manager. The Senior Merchandising Manager will lead the development and execution of merchandising strategies to enhance product assortment, optimize inventory management, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, managing vendor relationships, ensuring an excellent customer shopping experience, and collaborating across teams to achieve ambitious business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively collaborate with teams, vendors, and clients.
• Proven expertise in Sales and driving growth through merchandising strategies.
• Experience in Inventory Management and ensuring stock availability to meet customer needs.
• Proficiency in Assortment planning and execution to align with market demands and customer preferences.
• Ability to analyze market trends and data to shape successful merchandising approaches.
• Leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.
