Role Description The Senior Media Buyer is a part-time, hybrid role based in Cavite, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. This role is responsible for planning, negotiating, and purchasing media across digital and traditional channels to support brand visibility, lead generation, and sales campaigns for Profriends Group Inc. The Senior Media Buyer will manage end-to-end campaign execution, including budget allocation, audience targeting, scheduling, and performance optimization. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign objectives, evaluating media proposals, monitoring live campaigns, and adjusting placements to improve ROI. The role also involves analyzing performance data, preparing reports and insights, and recommending improvements to media strategies while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Qualifications
  • Strong media planning and media strategy skills, with experience designing integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Demonstrated media buying expertise, including rate negotiation, placement optimization, and budget management.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, track KPIs, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and media partners.
  • Relevant experience in real estate, property development, or related industries is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with advertising platforms and media management tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, ad serving or tracking tools).
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, manage time independently, and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
