Senior Media Buyer (B2B Local Biz Experience ONLY)

Location: Philippines (Remote) - PHILIPPINES ONLY!!

Schedule: Full-time, Mon–Fri | USA or UK hours

Compensation: $2,000 USD/month + performance bonus

The Role

**NO B2B LOCAL SERVICE EXPERIENCE = NO CONSIDERATION (IDEALLY CHIROPRACTIC / HEALTH)

We're placing a hands-on Media Buyer for a growing chiropractic agency managing first our B2B account targeting chiropractic clinic owners with 5 figures in monthly spend and then 50+ local service accounts. This is a high-volume, execution-first role — you own the accounts, you drive the CPL, you make the creative decisions. No hand-holding.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns
• Build and launch lead-form and landing-page lead gen campaigns — you do both
• Create and iterate on ad creatives — hooks, angles, AI video, static — you're creative-first
• Monitor CPL, spend, and lead quality daily — you know your numbers cold without being asked
• Flag underperformers, scale winners, follow SOPs, and communicate clearly

What We're Looking For

• Local lead-gen experience — ideally chiropractic services
• Has managed high volume (30–50+ accounts at once), not 1–5 big accounts
• Meta lead-form AND landing-page lead generation
• Hands-on executor who OWNS accounts and drives CPL — not a strategist, coordinator, or manager
• Creative-first — understands hooks, angles, AI video and static creative
• Knows their numbers cold (CPL, spend, lead quality) without prompting
• Strong communicator — clear, direct, no fluff
• Based in the Philippines
• Available to work US or UK hours
