Objective:
To power Green GSM's Marketplace performance by turning raw platform data into clear, reliable insight. The Marketplace Specialist builds and maintains the reports and dashboards that Operations, Sales, and Marketing depend on, surfacing the trends and commercial opportunities that guide day-to-day decisions and keep the platform running at its best.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models that give Operations, Sales, and Marketing a reliable, shared view of Marketplace performance.
- Analyze platform data to surface trends, supply-demand gaps, and commercial opportunities, and translate them into clear findings for stakeholders.
- Support supply and driver-schedule planning that helps Operations hit their KPIs.
- Track KPIs and deliver regular performance updates to the Marketplace Manager and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform Marketplace strategy and operational plans.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical and reporting solutions.
- Handle ad-hoc analysis and special projects that address specific business challenges or opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business/Data Analyst or in a similar role, ideally in technology or transportation.
- Strong analytical skills — able to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets to drive decisions.
- Hands-on proficiency with data and BI tools such as SQL, Python or R, Excel, and Power BI or Tableau; experience with BigQuery is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills — able to present complex findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willing to work onsite at MOA Complex, Pasay City.
