Job Description

Qualification:

At least 6 years of relevant experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Marketing Automation, CRM, or similar functions.
Strong experience managing marketing technology platforms, campaign execution, workflow automation, list segmentation, and data management
Experienced in process management. Strong Stakeholder and project management and IT Service Management
End to End service design activities
Experienced in journey mapping and service blueprinting
Experienced in using MS Application, Flow charts/ confluence, and ServiceNow
Good comms skills, and coordination
Bachelor's graduate in IT or related
ITIL Certification is an advantage
