Work Hours: Part-time (15hours/week but can transition to more hours); AU timezone

- Strengthen brand visibility across all major channels
- Email & Newsletter Marketing
- Plan, build, and launch targeted email campaigns
- Create clean, visually appealing newsletter designs

- Branding & Creative
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints
- Produce simple design assets when needed
- Lead creative direction and develop fresh content ideas

- Provide weekly progress updates via email

- Offer clear insights, recommendations, and next actions
- Senior-level digital marketer with 5+ years of experience (strongly preferred)
- Strong performance marketing background, especially with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience in the automotive industry is required
- Familiarity with local service businesses such as car tinting, detailing, automotive services, or trades
- Good design ability, including basic banners, ad creatives, social graphics, and newsletters
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to plan and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proactive, takes initiative, and does not require constant direction
- Confident in presenting reports, insights, and clear recommendations
- Independent and capable of managing the entire marketing function
- Experience running local lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of CRM systems for email marketing
- Strong copywriting skills for ads, emails, and promotional content
