EEI Energy Solutions Corporation is looking for a results-driven and strategic Senior Marketing Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth in the energy sector.
Position Overview:
The Senior Marketing Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies to expand our customer base, strengthen market presence, and achieve revenue targets within the Retail Electricity Supply (RES) industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Lead and manage sales activities within the Retail Electricity Supply market
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and deliver customer-focused solutions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in the RES business driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
- Securing Contracts and managing communications across assigned markets.
- Ensure alignment with business development objectives, customer requirements, and industry standards while collaborating with internal teams.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights that support commercial and strategic decision-making.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives
- Experience working with a power generator or retail electricity supplier is required
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Deep understanding of the energy industry and market dynamics
