Your Role
The Marketing Officer supports the Marketing Head, develop communication and promotional campaigns that help achieve the MPI's objectives. Additionally, the incumbent assist the different business units of the CFS sector in achieving their business targets.
Your Impact
- Serve as the Unit's Deputy Internal Compliance Officer (DICO), ensuring that the unit adhere to regulatory compliance.
- Manage and monitor budget and expenses that are related to the implementation of projects or programs for assigned initiatives.
- Ensure cost control of assigned budget, secure documentation and approvals, both internal and external.
- Conceptualize and implement marketing programs and campaigns.
- Act as a core contributor in developing and executing all advertisement, below-the-line promotions, and digital marketing strategies. This will support the Line of Businesses and overall Maybank brand.
- Provide essential customer insights gathered from both on-ground and online sources.
- Regularly monitor competitors across various online and offline communication channels.
- Ensure brand-related initiatives are consistently updated and executed at the branch level.
- Work closely and provide support to the Business Operations and Purchasing Departments.
- Keep up-to-date on all bank's products and services and proactively seek continuous learning opportunities.
- Coordinate with suppliers on the production of marketing.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports, billings, and invoices.
Your Profile
- Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related course
- At least 5 years of experience heavy in graphic designing, copywriting, multi-media, and layout
- Bank experience is preferred and will be an advantage
