Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.
At least three (3) to five (5) years work experience as Marketing Officer or similar role
Strong data analysis skills to assess product performance and identify improvement areas.
Ability to interpret sales data, traffic, and other performance metrics.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing the product development lifecycle.
Excellent communication skills to work with various teams and external partners.
Ability to present data and strategies clearly to stakeholders.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce,

BigCommerce).

Understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
A keen understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and preferences.
Ability to think from the customer's perspective to improve product offerings and

experiences.
