In-charge of planning and rolling out Regional Marketing annual plans in key cities where Uniqlo is present in to drive foot traffic to selected store and build the business in these key cities
Build relationships with the local community including key contacts from local government, business communities and areas to support for Sustainability programs.
Work with local vendors and partners to prepare for events and promotions to target specific market segments
Determine countermeasures together with Store Marketing Managers to address struggling stores situation through Marketing plans
Develop campaigns and communications leading to become Number 1 in PH in terms of top of mind awareness, customer acquisition / loyalty, and perceiving Uniqlo as a brand that is a great working place in the world
Set products and sales floor as a center of our business and lead campaigns aligning with various department
Collaborate with external vendors and develop a concept attuned to local market
Participate in overall business planning
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Candidate must have project management skills with creativity and Brand management skills
Has the ability to gather data, analyze, and reflect on business
Has the ability to modify and present in a fast and accurate manner
Ability to build hypothesis/survey in accordance with design/execution/analysis
Good team player skills and who can work well with external vendors
Ability to anticipate and reflect in plans
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
