Senior Marketing Manager - iGaming - Remote

About the Role

Inferno Partners is a fast growing iGaming acquisition network operating across multiple international markets, we are continuing to expand and strengthen our presence in the Philippines market.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead this expansion, with the opportunity to shape, structure, and scale growth initiatives across the region.

This is a role with high autonomy, where you will have direct impact on both strategy and results.

Responsibilities

Market Ownership

• Own Philippines strategy end-to-end

• Define how we enter, position, and scale within the local market

• Turn opportunities into structured growth plans

Acquisition & Growth

• Build and lead multi-channel acquisition (Paid, Affiliates, Organic, Social)

• Develop scalable funnels focused on FTDs and ROI

• Identify what works quickly — and scale it

Team & Structure

• Build and coordinate the marketing setup (media buyers, creatives, affiliates)

• Define workflows, processes, and performance standards

• Ensure execution is fast, clear, and performance-driven

Experimentation & Edge

• Test unconventional channels (viral formats, influencer traffic, community-driven growth, new traffic sources)

• Continuously identify new growth opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in high-risk / performance environments (iGaming, Crypto, Forex)

• Strong understanding of Philippines user behavior and acquisition dynamics

• Experience building or scaling markets (not just managing campaigns)

• Strong performance mindset (CTR, CPA, CVR, FTD, ROI)

• Ability to operate across strategy + execution + leadership
