We are in the search for a Senior Marketing to lead enterprise marketing across Southeast Asia.
This is a commercially focused marketing role responsible for driving demand generation and pipeline impact in complex B2B environments. The emphasis is on delivering measurable business outcomes through targeted, insight-led marketing programs, not campaign activity or vanity metrics.
The role partners closely with commercial and product stakeholders to translate market intelligence into scalable programs that engage senior enterprise decision-makers. It also carries informal leadership expectations, and contributing to improved marketing execution standards.
Day to Day Activities:
- Develop and execute B2B marketing programs that contribute to enterprise pipeline creation and acceleration.
- Run multi-channel demand generation initiatives including account-focused campaigns, digital programs, and high-intent engagement strategies.
- Work closely with sales and commercial teams to align marketing activity with priority accounts and business objectives.
- Support execution of targeted, high-touch engagement initiatives for senior enterprise audiences.
- Ensure initiatives are clearly tied to measurable commercial outcomes.
- Translate insights into messaging and positioning relevant to complex, regulated industries such as financial services, telecom, and insurance.
Must-Haves:
- Experience in B2B marketing (SaaS, tech, AI or Fintech).
- Proven contribution to pipeline or revenue impact through marketing programs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including exposure to senior audiences.
Nice to Haves:
- Exposure to multi-market or regional marketing environments.
- Familiarity with partner-led or indirect go-to-market models.
- Background in enterprise or complex B2B sales cycles.
