About The Role
As a
Senior Marketing Manager, you will provide strategic leadership in shaping end-to-end communications strategies in line with business imperatives i.e. help the organization achieve its acquisition and portfolio targets in deposits. You will oversee all Retail CASA programs, guide cross-functional teams and ensure marketing initiatives are insight-driven and commercially sound.
How You'll Contribute
- Performs strategic thinking, prioritization and continuous improvement to maximize contribution of marketing to CASA acquisition, growth and client value.
- Collaboration with various departments, including CMO, product teams and customer service to support the company's aspiration to be the most customer-centric bank.
- Develops and executes marketing strategies and initiatives to enhance product value propositions and customer experience
- Provides guidance and concepts on execution of collaterals including but not limited to medium, channels and materials to be used
- Performs Market Scans and Industry Competitive Analysis
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Digital Marketing
- Must have at least 8-10 years of relevant experience in product marketing management
- Ideally has handled financial products, or at least service, telco, ecommerce products
- Experience managing annual marketing budget
- Experience defining and executing product marketing strategy
- Has proven experience in content creation and optimization
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Strong PowerPoint Skills
