Role Description The Senior Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across Babyspice Food Corporation's restaurant brands, ensuring consistent brand positioning and impactful campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing promotions, digital and offline campaigns, and brand partnerships; coordinating with operations, culinary, and finance teams; and overseeing the development of marketing materials and content. The Senior Marketing Manager will analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance data to optimize campaigns and support sales and traffic growth. This role also involves leading and mentoring a marketing team, managing budgets, collaborating with external agencies, and ensuring all activities align with brand standards and regulatory requirements.

Recommendations for the marketing and development of organization will be his/her responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in brand and marketing strategy, campaign planning, and go-to-market execution for multi-brand or multi-location businesses.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management, performance marketing, and basic analytics tools to track and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience in consumer research, market analysis, and using data-driven insights to inform marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end marketing projects, including budget management, timeline coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and agencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management, coaching, and stakeholder engagement across various levels of the organization.
  • Background in the restaurant, food & beverage, or hospitality industry is highly preferred, with familiarity in brand-building in a retail or consumer environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced studies or certifications in marketing or digital marketing are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
  • Food and Beverage background is a requirement.
