HEPMIL - SGAG and HEPMIL Creator's Network (HCN), is home to one of the fastest growing content and creator businesses locally. Hepmil Singapore is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to lead our corporate branding and deliver creative marketing solutions for client projects. You will shape Hepmil's brand presence by creating content, visuals, and campaigns that engage audiences, while also producing marketing assets for clients that drive results and meet business objectives.
This is a 1-year contract role that is purely remote with the possibility for renewal.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Social Media & Employer Branding
- Develop content for the company's social media accounts (@hepmilsingapore IG, @hepmilsingapore LinkedIn @hepmilcreators IG @hepmilmediagroup LinkedIn), ensuring brand consistency, engagement, and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Understand briefs from internal teams (Business Development, HR, Creator Partnerships) and take full ownership: create mood boards, suggest visual and messaging strategies, and recommend what works best.
- Design graphics, layouts, and marketing collateral aligned with the company's brand identity.
- Write and edit persuasive copy for press releases, website content, product announcements, and social media captions.
- Maintain and update content calendars for all internal corporate social media postings.
2. Client-Facing Marketing Projects
- Develop creative marketing assets for clients, including graphics, layouts, and campaign content, based on client briefs.
- Take ownership of client briefs: create mood boards, propose visual and messaging strategies, and provide recommendations to meet client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Business Development, Creative Strategy, and other stakeholders) to ensure assets meet client requirements and quality standards.
- Analyze client campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
3. General Responsibilities
- Handle ad-hoc marketing and creative projects for both internal and client initiatives (events, activations, or campaigns).
- Ensure all projectsinternal or client-facingare delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to brand and creative standards.
Qualifications:
- 25 years of experience in marketing communications, social media management, or graphic design, with proven experience creating marketing assets and executing campaigns.
- Strong creative vision with the ability to develop concepts independently from brief to execution.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other marketing tools.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, with proven ability to craft clear, persuasive, and professional marketing communications.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Passion for marketing, creativity, and keeping up with trends in digital and corporate communications.
