Senior Marketing Communications Executive

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Communications Executive to be the digital heartbeat of our hotel — owning our social media presence, keeping our website and online platforms sharp and helping bring our brand to life across every touchpoint.

This is a hands-on, fast-moving role for someone who's equally comfortable behind a camera, inside a CMS, briefing an agency or proofreading collateral against a tight deadline. You'll work closely with the Director of Marketing Communications and play a key part in how PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering shows up — online and off.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage our social media channels end to end — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, RedNote (小红书), Dianping, TripAdvisor and beyond — keeping every channel active, accurate and on-brand.
• Plan monthly content calendars and create engaging photo, video and copy content aligned to brand voice and campaign goals.
• Support paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, RedNote (小红书) and Dianping from agency coordination to performance tracking.
• Deliver data-driven performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Manage community engagement — comments, DMs and stories — with a timely, brand-appropriate touch.
  
  

Website & Digital Platforms

• Own our website content via CMS, keeping it accurate, current and optimised for search and AI discovery.
• Build and maintain landing pages, offer pages, eShop listings and online menus.
• Audit our digital presence regularly for broken links, outdated info and inconsistencies.
• Manage our listings across third-party platforms and review sites.
• Plan and deploy EDMs, digital displays and email banners.
  
  

Partnerships, Public Relations & Collaterals

• Host media site inspections and respond to editorial, filming and photography requests.
• Build relationships with KOLs and media — coordinating hosted stays, press materials and coverage tracking.
• Coordinate photography and videography production, from shoot logistics to final asset delivery.
• Support award submissions and keep collateral aligned to brand standards.
  
  

Talent Profile

• Minimum a diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in social media management, digital marketing or digital content, ideally in hospitality, travel, luxury brands or agency
• Hands-on experience running Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn; familiarity with RedNote (小红书) and Dianping will be a strong plus
• Excellent English writing skills and strong visual storytelling instincts
• Confident with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• A good eye for photography and videography, with basic photo/video editing skills (Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar)
• Meticulous, organised and comfortable managing multiple deadlines at once
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
