This role overseesMarketing, CRM, and the alignment of Sales Learning & Development initiatives, ensuring that brand strategy, customer experience, and sales capability building are cohesive anddata-driven. The role leads B2B and B2C Marketing Supervisors and the CRM Head, driving strategic clarity, execution excellence, and cross-functional alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the overall brand steward, ensuring consistent brand identity, positioning, and messaging across all B2B and B2C channels, aligned with brand principals guidelines.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, revenue targets, and brand growth.
- Lead integrated marketing planning and execution, including go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Provide strategic leadership across B2B, B2C, retail, trade, e-commerce, and performance marketing, balancing brand building and results-driven campaigns.
- Oversee CRM strategy and execution, covering customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, lifecycle management, and data-driven personalization.
- Ensure strong alignment between marketing, CRM, and sales learning & development, ensuring brand, product, and customer experience consistency.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, CRM, retail, trade, events, and partnerships.
- Lead, coach, and develop the marketing leadership team, including Marketing Supervisors and the CRM Head, fostering a high-performing and accountable culture.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance, ROI, customer insights, and market trends, translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Act as the main marketing liaison with brand principals, agencies, and key external partners while collaborating closely with Sales, E-commerce, Trade, and Operations.
- Lead or support special projects related to brand growth, innovation, and market expansion.
Knowledge & Expertise
- Strong background in brand management and integrated marketing.
- In-depth understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
- Solid knowledge of CRM, customer analytics, and lifecycle marketing.
- Understanding of sales enablement and learning alignment.
- Familiarity with retail, trade, and premium brand environments.
Work Experience
- minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in marketing.
- At least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in handling both B2B and B2C marketing.
- Experience overseeing CRM or customer engagement functions.
- Exposure to premium or aspirational brands is a strong advantage.
