You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

- Analyzemarket fundamentals, demand drivers, competitive landscapes, and regional trends.
- Producemarket research and investor insight reportssupporting underwriting and strategic planning.
- AnalyzeGoogle Analytics 4 (GA4)data to understand audience behavior and digital demand signals.
- Synthesize data frommarketing campaigns, website performance, and external sourcesinto actionable insights.
- Developvisual dashboards and presentation-ready materialsusing BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
- Partner withmarketing, investment, and leadership teamsto align insights with business and capital strategies.
Who are we looking for- Bachelor's degreein Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 8+ years of experiencein market research, marketing insights, or investment research.
- Experience inreal estate, construction, investment, or private equitypreferred.
- Stronganalytical skillsto interpret data and trends for marketing and investment strategy.
- Google Analytics certification(active or previously certified); daily GA4 usage expected.
- Data visualization proficiency(non-negotiable): Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Skilled inmarket & customer data analysisand pattern construction from multiple sources.
- Expertise indata storytelling: turning findings into concise, decision-ready narratives.
- ExcellentEnglish communication skills(written and verbal).
