Job Description

BettingJobs is working with a well established casino group seeking to expand their current team with a proactive Market Manager with specialism in Korean customer acquisition and retention.

This role is working across both landbased and online operations and will be based in Quezon City.

Position Summary

Leads the acquisition, development, and retention of high-value Korean players. Drive revenue through targeted sales strategies, market insights, and strong crossfunctional collaboration. Ensures exceptional guest experiences and consistent delivery of premium service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Market Responsibilities

  • Lead Korean player development strategy aligned with property goals.
  • Maintain strong inmarket presence; build and manage relationships with premium players.
  • Identify trends and competitor activity to shape engagement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and responsible gaming standards.
  • Prospect, recruit, and grow a pipeline of high-value Korean players.
  • Deliver personalized offers, reinvestments, and exclusive experiences to drive retention.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate player profiles and sales records.
  • Work with CRM, Sales, Premium Services, Hotel, F&B, and Transportation to coordinate visits, events, and campaigns.
  • Support Korean roadshows, events, and agent partnerships.
  • Prepare regular reports on player activity, performance, and competitor benchmarks.
  • Provide service aligned with brand standards.
  • Respond promptly and discreetly to guest inquiries.
  • Promote property amenities through upselling and crossselling.
  • Communicate event and promotion details to players as needed.

Experience Required

  • Commitment to providing world-class guest experiences with a personal and culturally sensitive approach.
  • Comfortable analyzing player data, generating insights, and making ROI-based reinvestment decisions.
  • Able to adjust approach based on player profile, business needs, and cross-departmental feedback.
  • Proven ability to influence player decisions, manage high-stakes negotiations, and drive loyalty.
  • Maintains discretion, integrity, and a polished image when dealing with high-value clients and partners.
  • Excellent in Korean, and English. Skilled in both verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in Korean and English languages
  • 5+ years in sales or customer service
  • Experience in casino, hospitality, or luxury services preferred
