Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the administration of the Payroll and Benefits of Executives across the enterprise as well as designing, execution and evaluation of the Compensation, Benefits and Rewards Program of the company through Job Analysis and other Total Rewards strategies that are aligned with the current market standards in similar industries, to strengthen the organization's capability to attract and retain talent.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology, etc.) or Business Administration Major in Human Resources, Management, or any related field

Required Skills and Work Experience:

• At least 10 years of work experience in Human Resources, particularly in Total Rewards and Compensation and Benefits administration, and at least 3 years experience as a People Manager

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a BPO setting

• Expert Knowledge in Willis Towers Watson/Mercer/Radford Market Surveys and Salary & Benefits Benchmarking.

• Strong understanding of compensation principles including salary structures, pay equity and incentive programs.

• Skilled in advising HRBPs and leadership on HR policies related to Total Rewards and compensation and benefits.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Proven proficiency in HRIS, MS Office and data analysis tools.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

• Expert knowledge of labor laws, regulations and market trends and ability to present complex information clearly.

Preferred Certifications/Trainings:

• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt; Agile or similar methodologies

• Certified Compensation and Benefits Practitioner (CCBP) or Certification in Human Resources (SHRM-CP, CPHR, etc.)
