As we scale aggressively across the Philippines market, we're looking for a driven Senior Manager (Technology Recruitment) who is ready to grow with us.
This is a hands-on, 360° and management role - spanning full-cycle tech recruitment, business development, and client management. You'll take ownership of Manila-based searches while working closely with the local team and Sydney leadership to build something exceptional.
Job Description
- Lead, coach, and develop the technology recruitment team, raising standards across sourcing, screening, candidate control, stakeholder management, business development, and overall recruitment execution.
- Own the performance cadence for the Manila technology recruitment function, including weekly rhythms, coaching blocks, KPI tracking, recruiter productivity, shortlist quality, and structured feedback.
- Drive full-cycle recruitment delivery for senior and complex technology roles, including sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting, coordination, assessments, reference checks, offer management, and post-offer candidate control.
- Act as the escalation point for live searches, stepping in where needed to improve delivery quality, support difficult roles, manage client expectations, and ensure hiring processes keep moving.
Desired Qualifications (still apply if you don't meet all!)
- 3+ years recruitment management experience, including 1+ years exposure on technology roles.
- Strong stakeholder management, sales and client communication skills
- An autonomous decision maker with the capacity to function both individually and collaboratively.
