Overview
InteLogix is searching for a dynamic and resultsdriven
SeniorManager, Talent Acquisition & Sourcing, to champion our highvolume recruiting engine across frontline agents and specialized corporate roles. In this influential role, you will be at the forefront of powering our growthensuring we not only meet aggressive client headcount demands but consistently deliver quality, compliance, and an unforgettable candidate experience.
As a key talent leader, you'll lead a recruiting team, design proactive sourcing strategies, elevate hiring and onboarding processes, and collaborate closely with Operations, Workforce Management, HR, and Training. Your leadership will directly fuel our ability to execute rapid ramps, support evolving client needs, and stay ahead in a fastmoving BPO landscape.
This role is based onsite at our Pasig or Bacolod location, where you'll work closely with crossfunctional teams and stay connected to the fastpaced operational environment you support.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruiters and Sourcers supporting high-volume and corporate hiring
- Manage and support recruiting teams working across multiple locations, fostering collaboration and consistent delivery
- Drive team performance to ensure we meet and exceed fill rate requirements
- Establish clear performance goals and oversee recruiter progress to ensure strong execution
- Foster a culture of speed, quality, data-driven decision-making, and candidate-centric recruiting
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Own and execute recruiting strategies for frontline, support, and leadership roles
- Proactively identify hiring risks, capacity gaps, and process challenges, and implement solutions to ensure client headcount commitments are met
- Partner with Operations and Workforce Management to forecast hiring needs and build ramp plans
- Collaborate with HR and TA leadership to design scalable, compliant hiring processes
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Build proactive sourcing strategies to reduce time-to-fill and improve talent quality
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, databases, referrals, events, and community partnerships
- Analyze labor market trends to stay ahead of competition and identify new sourcing opportunities
Recruitment Operations & Process Optimization
- Monitor funnel metrics, recruiter capacity, and operational efficiency to meet hiring goals
- Streamline and optimize the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure timely clearances, documentation completion, and Day 1 readiness
- Drive continuous improvement through process redesign, recruitment marketing initiatives, and technology optimization
- Leverage ATS functionality, analytics, and standardized workflows in partnership with TA Operations
Stakeholder & Client Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Operations leaders, Hiring Managers, and Clients, providing guidance on market conditions, talent availability, and recruiting best practices.
- Communicate hiring progress, risks, trends, and mitigation plans proactively
- Host and present performance data to internal stakeholders and clients
- Ensure recruiting strategies align with business objectives and client expectations
Candidate & Employer Brand Experience
- Champion a positive, inclusive, and efficient candidate experience
- Drive employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and community engagement efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 2+ years leading high-volume recruiting teams
- BPO recruiting experience required
- This role requires daily onsite presence to support hiring operations and partnership with business leaders.
- Demonstrated success meeting/exceeding fill rate requirements, building sustainable talent pipelines, reducing timetofill, and driving high satisfaction with operational partners.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, labor markets, and high-volume hiring models
- Proven success managing TA metrics such as time-to-fill, funnel conversion, and SLA compliance
- Experience with ATS and recruiting technologies (Workday preferred)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven, client-focused environment
