JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition & Intelligence will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with a primary focus on filling high-level and niche-skilled roles across various departments. This role encompasses both strategic and operational responsibilities, including the development of hiring strategies, direct handling of critical talent searches, and leadership of a sub-team within the Talent Acquisition & Intelligence group. The position will work closely with key internal stakeholders such as Sales, Operations, Service Delivery, and the Resource Management Group to ensure that hiring efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with fellow Senior Manager and Lead and execute recruitment for senior level and specialized roles.
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing and hiring plans based on manpower requirements.
  • Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support decision-making and planning.
  • Supervise and coach members of the Talent Acquisition & Intelligence team.
  • Ensure performance objectives are met through training, development, and performance management.
  • Oversee the implementation of recruitment processes, tools, and systems to optimize hiring efficiency.
  • Engage and coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Operations, and Service Delivery, to understand and fulfill hiring requirements
  • Serve as the point of contact for recruitment-related matters in client engagements where applicable.
  • Maintain accountability for meeting hiring timelines and delivering quality candidates.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and reporting to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, hiring standards, and applicable labor regulations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 810 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in executive search, niche hiring, and strategic recruitment planning.
  • Strong knowledge of talent intelligence, market mapping, and workforce analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup and be based in BGC, Taguig.
  • Preferably available to start as soon as possible.
