Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with strong expertise in operations coordination, strategic sourcing, and a focus on quality of hires. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments such as IT services and BPO companies and be willing to work extended hours to meet aggressive hiring targets while maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment operations for IT and BPO roles.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews, managing assessments, and onboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and deliver timely hiring solutions.
  • Monitor and improve quality of hire metrics by implementing robust screening and evaluation processes.
  • Maintain compliance with corporate policies and labor regulations throughout recruitment activities.
  • Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche roles.
  • Prepare recruitment dashboards and reports for leadership review.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in IT and BPO sectors.
  • Strong operational coordination skills and ability to manage high-volume hiring.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing strategies and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and extended hours when required.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting.
Preferred:
  • Experience in managing recruitment teams and vendor relationships.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning and talent market trends.
  • Should be strong in AI side of implementations
