About the Role

The Head of Recruitment, Onboarding and Deployment is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment hiring process from sourcing, interviewing, offer extension, onboarding & deployment of BPI AIA Partnership Distribution Sales Channel employees.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies, procedures, and tactics.
• Supervise the recruiting, onboarding, and deployment team and report on its performance.
• Evaluate and suggest the best applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing channels and other recruitment hiring initiatives
• Forecast future hiring and deployment needs
• Advise and calibrate with the hiring managers on interviewing guide and techniques.
• Work closely with senior recruiters to manage employee sourcing, interviewing, and orientation.
• Provide proper coaching, mentoring, and training activities to recruitment, onboarding, and deployment.
• Responsible for reports, budget allocation, forecasting and risk & compliance management.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or any related course
• With at least 10 years of experience in people management
• With at least 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, volume and sales hiring position
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Excellent presentation and reporting skills is a must
• Computer savvy
• General understanding ang knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, etc.
• Excellent planning and organizing skills
• Willing to be assigned in BPI-AIA Makati Head Office
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
