The Senior Project Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategic planning, development, and execution of high-impact promotional and event initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance. This role requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in creative design, event management, and brand strategy, capable of innovating and setting trends that elevate the SMDC HRB brand.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and lead the overall creatives and events strategy aligned with business goals.
- Set trends and innovate promotional and event programs to maintain brand relevance and competitiveness.
- Evaluate and approve merchandising and promotional plans to ensure alignment with brand standards and objectives.
Creative Development
- Oversee the creation of compelling point-of-sale materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, booth designs).
- Guide the conceptualization and execution of merchandising and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all creative outputs.
Event Management
- Lead the planning, organization, and execution of sales activations, trade events, lead generation activities, and other marketing events.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including budgeting, resource allocation, and third-party vendor coordination (e.g., ingress/egress).
- Monitor and evaluate event performance and ROI, implementing improvements as needed.
Team and Vendor Management
- Supervise and mentor a team of creatives and event coordinators.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
- Oversee inventory and deployment of promotional and merchandising materials.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- At least 710 years of experience in creatives and event management, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in conceptualizing and executing successful promotional campaigns and events.
- Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in creative tools and platforms is a plus.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Pasay City.
