Position Overview
As a Senior Manager, Project Management, you provide leadership to a team responsible for planning, organizing, and executing strategic projects across the organization. You ensure alignment of the project portfolio with business objectives and drive excellence in delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
You act as a key liaison between senior leadership and project teams, translating strategic vision into actionable initiatives. Additionally, you oversee team performance, drive engagement, and support professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the definition and implementation of standardized, high-performance project management processes, tools, and technologies, leveraging organizational change management strategies to ensure adoption.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation within the project lifecycle, implementing best practices to improve productivity and outcomes.
Manage portfolio-level project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and demonstrating return on investment (ROI) to executive stakeholders.
Lead and develop a team of project managers by reviewing project charters, delivery plans, and risk registers, ensuring consistency and quality.
Partner with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define priorities, secure buy-in, and communicate portfolio status, risks, and recommendations.
Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring strategic alignment, optimal resource allocation, and successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Establish project management standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks to ensure efficiency and quality across all initiatives.

Qualifications
8+ years of experience in project or program management (or related field), with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Professional certifications preferred (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent). Agile/SAFe and Prosci/ADKAR certifications are a plus.
Fluent English proficiency (B2+ oral and written).
