Our client is a large financial organization focus on anti-financial crime. Known to be the gold standard in their industry, they provide various services across 60 countries to help enterprises assess, manage, and combat various kinds of financial crimes. This role will sit under their Global Business Service in the Philippines.

Job Description

This is a new role designed for the Philippines. This leadership hire will focus on global program management in transformation & process management. The core areas of focus are:

  • Program Management: designing and leading high impact global programs, owning the strategy for ops to achieve business goals
  • Process documentation: to drive standardization & consistency throughout their knowledge base, driving governance
  • Data Oriented: analyzing initiatives through data, building & analyzing key business metric and where to improve

This role will work closely with global teams and reporting to the US. This role will owe the Strategy Execution of Ops Excellence, driving process transformation, customer success playbook deployment, and champion innovation. As part of this delivery, you will also oversee Process Governance improvement, from developing and redesigning frameworks and capability enablement. Last but not least, this role will be highly involved in Cross-Functional Improvement Projects that will have a long term sustainability for the organization.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of program and portfolio management experience, with a proven track record in global operations and process improvement.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent) with demonstrated success in leading large-scale improvement initiatives, ideally in a Shared Service or Global Business Service Environment.
  • Demonstrated success in leading global initiatives and driving measurable improvements, strong continuous improvement background.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technology-savvy with advanced proficiency in Excel, MS Visio, project management tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI); experience with Salesforce or similar systems is required.
  • A Do Whatever It Takes attitude to get things done - to meet & exceed team and individual goals/ objectives.
