The Responsibilities & Duties
• Lead end-to-end service delivery for healthcare talent acquisition, ensuring high-quality
outcomes and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for operational escalations
and strategic partnership development.
• Oversee people management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance
evaluation, and retention initiatives for up to 100 FTEs.
• Drive operational excellence by developing and implementing process improvements and
scalable solutions for team growth and efficiency.
• Manage full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure
profitability and sustainable growth.
• Develop and execute strategies for expansion, scaling teams, and adapting to evolving client
needs and market trends.
The Qualifications
• 6 years of experience in RPO/Talent Acquisition for Healthcare business.
• Healthcare industry knowledge and compliance expertise for US Market.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Experienced in managing green start and new projects related to RPO Healthcare.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling teams and managing rapid growth.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
