Job Overview
We are seeking a Finance Head – Business Unit to drive financial integration, compliance, and commercial finance for a newly acquired entity. This role focuses on post-merger integration, strengthening financial controls, and supporting business growth through strategic financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead post-merger financial integration (PMI)
- Implement accrual accounting (PFRS 15)
- Manage MIS, reporting, and financial controls
- Oversee working capital and cash flow
- Handle cross-border tax and transfer pricing
- Manage audits and regulatory compliance (SEC, BIR)
- Drive financial planning, modeling, and analysis
- Support business growth, pricing, and margin optimization
- Track EBITDA, revenue, and financial metrics
Must-Have Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Philippines (Mandatory)
- 5–8 years of experience in audit/corporate finance (Big Four preferred)
- Strong expertise in PFRS 15 and revenue recognition
- Experience in cross-border taxation and compliance
- Exposure to post-merger integration (PMI) / M&A transition
- Experience in multi-entity revenue reporting across geographies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in transforming SME/startup finance functions to structured environments
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive business decisions
- Prior exposure to global stakeholder management
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
