Reasonable Accommodations Statement

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to be the technical and operational backbone of our marketing org. This is a hands-on role with two primary areas of focus:

  1. Run the MarTech stack — you're the admin and source of truth for HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Cognism, and you work hand in hand with our Salesforce Admin team to keep both systems in sync. Working directly with an off-shore team to enrich leads, apply attribution to build the reporting that leadership relies on.
  2. Lead execution on strategic campaigns — Scoping updates to our triggered email programs, lead scoring, personas and segmentation strategy for new initiatives — while laying the groundwork for implementing AI in our campaign Ops.

You'll partner closely with demand gen, Business Development, our SFDC Admin team, and marketing leadership. You know HubSpot deeply, you're very comfortable in Salesforce, you think in segments and workflows, and you're as effective in the weeds of a build as you are out front aligning stakeholders and running the execution plan.

What You'll Own

MarTech Stack Administration & Reporting

  • Serve as lead admin for HubSpot (Marketing Hub) and the broader stack, including our data/intent tools (ZoomInfo and Cognism) and their integration with Salesforce.
  • Manage lead and account data end to end: auditing, cleansing, deduping, and enrichment so targeting and reporting stay trustworthy.
  • Partner closely and communicate constantly with the Salesforce Admin team to keep the HubSpot ↔ Salesforce sync clean — field mapping, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and data integrity across both systems.
  • Maintain and expand the marketing reporting layer: dashboards for funnel conversion, MQL velocity, campaign performance, and pipeline contribution that leadership can actually use.
  • Administer users, permissions, integrations, and net-new tooling; evaluate and pilot new capabilities (including existing AI features already in the stack).

 Campaign Strategy & Execution Leadership

  • Scope and project-manage the bigger integrated and targeted campaigns — from brief to build-out to launch — owning timelines, dependencies, and the marketing-ops side of delivery.
  • Design and maintain triggered/behavioral email programs and nurture workflows tied to real signals, not just batch sends.
  • Own lead scoring: build, test, and tune models that reflect fit and intent, and keep them aligned with sales. Set roadmap for AI models in segmentation.
  • Work alongside an offshore marketing operations team (3 People), setting priorities, reviewing work, and incorporating campaign capabilities globally.
  • Act as the operational point of contact for campaign stakeholders — translating goals into segmentation, workflows, and measurable programs, and keeping cross-functional work moving.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years in B2B marketing operations, ideally in SaaS or a technical/enterprise product space.
  • Advanced-level HubSpot administration — complex workflows, lifecycle architecture, lead scoring, integrations, and reporting. HubSpot certifications a strong plus.
  • Very strong Salesforce CRM familiarity — you know how marketing and sales data flow between HubSpot and SFDC, and you can work day to day alongside a Salesforce Admin team to keep both systems aligned.
  • Hands-on experience with data/intent and enrichment platformsZoomInfo and Cognism specifically preferred.
  • Proven track record building segmentation, lead scoring, and triggered/nurture programs that drive pipeline.
  • Strong reporting and analytical chops — you can turn funnel and campaign data into clear insight for leadership.
  • Stakeholder management skills — you've managed people and/or led cross-functional execution, and you communicate as comfortably with a VP as with an offshore build team. Experience managing offshore or distributed teams is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills — you can run campaign execution end to end across an offshore team and multiple stakeholders without dropping the details.

Nice to Have

  • HubSpot, Salesforce, or analytics (Looker, Tableau, Databox) certifications.
  • Experience in risk management, security, compliance, or fintech.
  • Familiarity with ABM and intent platforms (6sense, Demandbase, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and template troubleshooting.
  • A practical point of view on where AI adds real leverage in marketing ops.
  • Familiarity with data privacy best practices (GDPR, CCPA).

Why This Role

  • You'll own the systems and the strategy behind how we go to market — not just maintaining a stack, but shaping how campaigns get targeted, scored, and delivered, with a team behind you to execute. If you like the mix of deep technical craft and leading the work out loud with stakeholders, this is that role.
